Google Growth Manager, App Sales, Google Customer Solutions (Multiple Languages) in Dublin, Ireland
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
2 years of experience in the applications marketing industry.
Ability to communicate in English and Swedish, Dutch, Portuguese, Hebrew, Italian or German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and relationships with customers or agencies in the apps market and apps ecosystem.
Experience in the gaming, mobile apps, or digital industry.
Knowledge of the app marketing and ecosystem.
Knowledge of app developer ecosystem.
Ability to understand the goals, identify the opportunities, and provide customized solutions to help clients achieve success.
Excellent solution selling skills.
Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.
In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of the application install business in the assigned market from setting strategy and execution to reach the market growth goals. You will work dynamically with both new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to drive applications discovery and engagement.

Build and manage relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
Work and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time.
Plan and achieve business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
Build knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
Provide outstanding service to clients and design application marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.
