The Digital Solution Area Specialists organization in the Small, Medium & Corporate Segment helps customers to understand the unique capabilities of the Microsoft Cloud platform and how it helps them to solve critical business challenges. By guiding the customers through the ideation, problem solving, business case and project planning phase, our organization ensures the customer can realize significant value with our platform. Every day we work closely with customers and our partners to ensure customer success.
By joining this team of experienced sales managers, you will be in charge to model, coach and care for a team of highly talented sellers for our managed customers across industries, company sizes and territories. Responsibilities
You care for a team of highly talented sellers and ensure they can thrive together with their peers and broader v-team.
You oversee the end-to-end BizApps business for German Mittelstand customers, ensuring your team meets sales targets and operational standards and maintains the health of metrics within the assigned territories. You interact with Corporate leadership and senior-level stakeholders to get support for your team. You contribute to best practice sharing across subsidiaries.
You act as a change and thought leader to help your team connect Microsoft solutions to customer business impact. You coach and model customer-centric behaviour every day and support your team to navigate through the broader organization to get the best possible sales support for them and our customers.
You are a Business Applications thought leader for the German Mittelstand and a change agent for our internal organization to ensure we empower our customers and partners to achieve more with our business application platform.
Your work closely with our channel sales partners, their leadership teams and the broader D365 partner ecosystem to scale our business and ensure long-term customer success with strong partnerships.
Qualifications
Related field- and significant technology-related sales or account management experience, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field
Significant people management experience and sharable examples of how you applied thought leadership, a growth mindset and helped people to thrive by coaching, modelling and caring
Strong business accummen with experience in a data-driven sales organization and sharable examples of how you lead a business end-to-end, incl. leveraging digital first engines and partners to scale
Relevant market insights and strong knowledge about competitive USPs and compete sales behaviours
Fleunt German & English
Additional qualifications: Business applications solutions experience (or similar) would be nice to have but is not essential
This role can be based in Barcelona Spain or in Ireland, you should be a tax resident in either location currently no relocation is provided.
