The Commercial Finance Business Partner Solta EMEA (FP&A Manager) is responsible for supporting management by providing high-quality analysis, information and forecasting to enable informed decision-making that will have a direct impact on the financial performance of a business

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.

  • Work with commercial business unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts.

  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis, such as planning, spending, predicting, report generation, and other tasks.

  • Produce data on customer trends and demographics to help with marketing and sales including, modelling current customer trends in acquisition and attrition.

  • Perform analysis of revenue performance and growth, profit and loss reports, operating variances, revenue reports and key performance indicators.

  • Liaise with commercial business units to provide insights to performance and efficiency to facilitate the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

  • Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining of operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.

  • Produce data on customer trends and demographics to help with marketing and sales including, modelling current customer trends in acquisition and attrition.

  • Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.

  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making

System, Process & Quality

  • Develop commercial process to create efficiencies and drive continuous improvement with the Management Team in analysis of monthly information.

  • Focus on systems improvement and keep pushing to add to existing systems.

  • Adopt and improve current business working processes

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in budgeting and financial analysis

  • University degree in finance or related field

  • A high level of commercial and business acumen

  • Learning agility, strong math, analytical and time management skills

  • Advanced English, written and spoken

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability

  • A high level of commercial and business acumen

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced multinational environment
