Accounts Payable Associate - Ireland, Dublin Hybrid: Office/Remote

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Accounts Payable Associate at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate records, and contributing to the smooth financial operations that support the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies through clinical trials.

What You Will Be Doing:

:

  • Processing and verifying invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.

  • Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies as needed.

  • Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries and discrepancies.

  • Preparing and processing payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and wire transfers.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and invoices.

Your Profile::

:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams.
