What youll do

A journey that is powered by SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Solutions. The Associate Business Process Consultant of the CoE contributes with technical and functional expertise to deliver a portfolio of services that drive value creation through a combination of best practices, tools, knowledge, and experience to drive rapid time to value and accelerate the customers transition to the cloud. Our CoE Graduate Programme are looking for Associate Business Process Consultant to deliver onsite/remote customer service delivery via project engineering, assessment, and safeguarding services from SAP's best practice solutions.

Complete an intensive 2-month SAP training with certification, followed by 2 months of Product/Technology specific training to get you ready and prepared to support our customers. This training is provided as part of the full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities:

  • Get the opportunity to work closely with one of many big global customers.This position will be part of our Premium Engagement - MaxAttention program service delivery

  • You will be working with critical customer situations in your area of expertise to ensure any go-live/production-down issues are resolved.

  • Act as subject matter expert in your area of expertise ensuring and providing quality assurance for key design decision reviews and supporting customers and partners during build phase

  • Apply your techno-functional skills in solving customer design and build issues or challenges.

  • Align internally with different SAP product teams on product roadmaps to ensure customers are choosing the right paths during their implementation/upgrade life cycles.

  • Advise customers on best practices, most optimum approaches in relation to your supported SAP product areas involved in customer implementations

  • Review their design and ensuring they are following SAP best practices to achieve successful outcomes and to mitigate any risks of using too many enhancements/customisations

  • Utilise your programming and debugging skills as well in certain cases.

What you bring

  • Honours Degree in IT/Computer Science/ Physics/Mathematics/Engineering or related discipline

  • 1-2 years practical experience with using/configuring SAP Group Reporting (GR)

  • Knowledge of one or more areas within SAP GR will be an advantage:

  • Data collection, forms, integration

  • Best practices for Consolidation, Consolidation and Core processes

  • Embedded Analytics for Group Reporting

  • Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation

  • Master Data, Configuration

  • Group Journal Entry

  • Group Financial Statement
