SAP Audit Specialist in Dublin 24, Ireland

What You'll Do:

As an SAP Audit Specialist, you will report to the Head of OEC's Monitorship Compliance Office (MCO) and support the MCO team with the execution of SAP's obligations under the Deferred Prosecution Agreement, effective from January 10, 2024. You will be involved in supporting the OEC's Head of Investigations as well as the Head of Third Party Compliance in their day-to-day administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the delivery of outcomes of assigned workstreams and reporting.

  • Supporting project governance and ensuring thorough and accurate project documentation.

  • Independently working within your designated area of responsibility while adhering strictly to company policies and processes.

  • Contributing and working on sub-projects and activities with a moderate level of complexity.

  • Regularly updating the project manager or your immediate manager on the status of projects.

  • Building and nurturing collaborative work relationships with similar functions across all departments in SAP.

What You Bring:

  • A total of 3 years of professional experience, ideally within a corporate governance function.

  • Prior working experience in complex project environments, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Top-notch communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

You will become an integral part of the Monitorship Compliance Office, which falls under the umbrella of SAP's Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC). Here, you will work with a team of accomplished Monitorship Compliance Officers, responsible for the execution of SAP's obligations under the Deferred Prosecution Agreement. Our team interacts with colleagues within the OEC, stakeholders, and other teams within SAP, providing professional guidance and subject matter expertise to drive specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) deliverables.
