Overview
Responsibility and Focus
Accountable to deliver on the content strategy that has been put in place through creative & innovative implementation.
Oversee the delivery and the activation of all content campaigns across all set channels.
Manage the operations of the core pillars of the content stream which include Creative & Social.
Work closely with the Business Director and the rest of the streams (Creative & Media) to support the through the content for all communications.
Responsibilities
Main Tasks:
Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand’s goals.
Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality content (posts, videos, graphics).
Develop and manage content calendars for consistent posting.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging visuals and copy
Manage accounts on key social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
Optimize profiles for visibility and branding.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
Generate regular performance reports and present actionable insights.
Adjust strategies based on data to improve performance.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with media teams for paid social campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance
Mentor and guide junior social media staff or specialists.
Assign tasks and oversee project timelines to ensure delivery.
Able to adjust performance based on experiences and feedback and showcases agility and flexibility.

Qualifications
E ducation and Experience Required:
6-8 Years Experience in Social Media Management.
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Strong Content creation background.
Proficient with social media listening tools.
Familiarity with paid social media is preferred.
Flexibility with traveling.
