JUMEIRAH RESTAURANT GROUP DUBAIâ„¢ (JRG Dubai) is the restaurant management company for Jumeirah Group. It operates independent restaurants and bars with an amazing selection of culinary delights from around the world in socially orientated venues that appeal to different tastes, appetites and occasions. Venues including Butcha Hill House Brasserie and The Noodle House. JRG Dubai also operates restaurants via management contracts, joint ventures, white label arrangements and franchise agreements.

About the Job:

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Supervises effectiveness of workflow and sequence of service during service periods and provides constant hands-on support.

  • Provide knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient F&B Service to all guests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a manner consistent with Jumeirah standards.

  • Maintain efficient workflow by adhering to the Sequence of Service and all timeframes and standards detailed in relevant SOPs in the F&B Standards Manual.

  • Anticipate customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information.

  • Identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service (upselling, guest recognition, resort knowledge)

  • Informs Outlet Manager / Assistant Manager of any complaints, negative feedback from guest after they first try to resolve.

  • Maintain good knowledge of the menu to answer questions the guests may have.

  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of F&B SOPs and ensure these are upheld at all times through constant observation and coaching

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in the same position in a restaurant sector: within a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or upscale bar setting.

  • Fluent in English and an additional international language is a plus.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
