Hyatt Guest Services Officer - Front Office in DUBAI, United Arab Emirates

Description:

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Services Officer - Front Office is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.

  1. To provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Hyatt Regency Dubai Standard of Performance.

  2. To have a full working knowledge and capability to complete all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work.

  3. To check-in and checkout of the guests in the Police database, be they FIT’s or Groups.

  4. To adhere to the telephone procedure of handling calls.

  5. To be aware of all hotel activities and Food and Beverage promotions.

  6. To hand over the pending points for the next shift for proper follow up and action.

  7. To perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another Department as per Master Task List for that Department.

  8. To be fully conversant in the use of all computer system in place (e.g. Opera, Passport Scanning, Police E-online website).

  9. To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.

  10. To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as assigned.
