About The role:

  • Coordinate organizational and administrative functions across the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring adherence to Zabeel House The Greens by Jumeirah standards and objectives, and disseminate departmental goals to colleagues.

  • Establish performance standards and job descriptions for service colleagues, support special promotions, and engage in PR activities to enhance the Resort's image and profitability.

  • Maintain up-to-date departmental SOPs, update procedures through Q-Pulse, and ensure communication of changes to relevant departments and colleagues in a timely manner.

  • Execute assignments delegated by the F&B Manager, uphold company and Resort Policies and Procedures, and foster solid relationships with other departmental management.

  • Assist in conducting briefings with Outlet Managers, interacting with local community representatives and potential guests, and monitor competitor activities to inform strategic improvements.

  • Participate in the preparation of annual business and sales plans, monitor the profitability of F&B outlets, and provide solutions for improvement while ensuring each outlet's profitability.

  • Aid in the development of ideas to increase F&B sales productivity, plan and implement effective sales and promotional activities, and identify market needs and trends for both Resort guests and the local market.

EXPERIENCE

8-10 years of experience in food and beverage management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
