About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Associate – Treasury to join Dubai Holding Group Services . Responsibilities of this role:
Job Purpose : Responsible for supporting the Treasury department in managing liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk, as well as ensuring that all financial transactions align with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves assisting with cash management, treasury operations, and the execution of funding and investment strategies to ensure financial stability for Dubai Holding’s diverse portfolio of businesses.
Daily monitoring of cash balances and transfer the funds to the disbursement accounts.
Process and manage Interbank transactions in bank portals.
Weekly Cash Flow Report
Bi-Weekly Cash Flow Forecast and related borrowing needs and identify funds available for investment.
Process Fixed Deposits
Daily monitoring of cash balances and transfer the funds to the disbursement accounts.
Process and manage Interbank transactions in bank portals.
Weekly Cash Flow Report
Bi-Weekly Cash Flow Forecast and related borrowing needs and identify funds available for investment.

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Banking roles, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and financial instruments.
Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and treasury management systems (e.g., SAP, Kyriba, or similar).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
