About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Executiv e to join our amazing Human Resources team in Zabeel House by Jumeirah the Greens. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department, by providing administrative support. To be a source of information and advice to all colleagues on HR related issues.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are to:

  • Be open and approachable to colleagues at any time and offer advice on issues to help the colleague make the best decision

  • Ensure that all HR information is handled and kept strictly confidential

  • Manage the Hotel’s learning and development need analysis, through brainstorming sessions with various departments and the analysis of employee requests and guest

  • To perform other duties that may be required from time to time feedback, in order to ensure the development of a comprehensive and fit-for-purpose L&D plan.

  • Assist with the ordering or departmental stationery if required

  • Prepare reports as and when required by the Human Resources Manager

  • Accurately prepare company letters and certificates and ensure these are distributed to colleagues within 2 working days

  • Assist with the organisation of colleague recognition, reward & engagement activities in accordance with company policies

  • In conjunction with Learning & Development, prepare the probationary confirmation letters and ensure colleagues receive these in a timely fashion

  • Ensure HR Processes, Policies & Systems are followed in any activity carried out

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Efficient, effective working practices and strong administration/organization skills

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources Administrator or Coordinator role

  • Customer service oriented with a friendly and positive attitude

  • Experienced in HR systems including Application Tracking systems and Time & Attendance platform
