Main Duties & Accountabilities :Develop and cultivate relationships with existing network of dealers, independent retailers and distributors.
Contribute to increasing overall revenue in the territory and grow sales via existing and new channel partners.
Attend to and nurture new inquiries and work on them to translate into sales.
Generate new business with existing clients and work closely with them to upscale their areas of improvement.
Maintain and develop relationships with B2B customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
Identify key commercial activities and opportunities in the marketplace and implement business plans to ensure continued growth.
Develop strategies to have recurring revenue business form the existing products range.
Negotiate and agree working contracts for new clients and existing client renewals.
Continually evaluate and seek to improve the market position within the customers
Serve as a point of contact for pre-sales and post sales support for customers throughout the assigned region.
Address any inquiries, concerns, or objections from customers and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the technical support team to handle post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market by gathering information on similar products and services, pricing, and market trends.
Monitor closely competition companies and products in the region and regularly report on the activities.
Remain versed in the products and services as well as competitive offerings that may impact accounts business
Provide sales forecasts on a regular basis to the best accuracy as possible.
Engage with the supply chain and customer services management teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to the clients.
Work closely with marketing teams to implement the brand and marketing strategy for the channel
Work closely with the ASSA ABLOY teams to strategize and implement effective promotional campaigns.
Implement and execute the ASSA ABOLY group business strategy for the brand.
Engage with the customers for new product launches.
Build powerful internal relationships, networks, and act as an ambassador for the brand.
Maintain organizational culture, values, and reputation in marketplace and with staff.
Qualifications:
Essential
Bachelor's and University Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business
Work experience in the field of sales is required.
5-7 years experience in direct selling experience in related industry .
Computer skills, including MS Office is must
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Arabic would be an advantage.
Well-organized with attention to detail and Target orientation
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Excellent analytical skills
Have a clear interest/ affinity for FMCG type environment.
Curious, open-minded and a fast learner
Desirable
Hands on experience in strategic planning and execution
International outlook with exposure to working across several markets
Experience of working in and implementing channel strategies and development activities
Hands on experience of handling and executing recurring revenue models
