Join our dynamic team at Dairy BioSolutions as an Application Specialist! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with dairy customers, leveraging your expertise to provide innovative solutions and unparalleled support. In this role you’ll make an impact by :
Support the Local Application Center work including running trials based on clients and projects objectives, using appropriate formulations, Novonesis methodologies and standards, equipment, and recording & reporting procedures (through Salesforce, ELN and providing customer reports).
Actively participate in the HACCP local& global team and follow ISO22000 standard in Local Application Center
Conduct sensory evaluation tests based on sales or client’s goals (acceptability, preference, matching, shelf-life testing, etc.)
Innovate and develop new concepts and solutions for the dairy industry.
Provide on-site technical customer support to help our customers improve and/or maintain the final product quality.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Application Specialist to design, execute and follow-up trial protocols to ensure accurate data collection.
Be proficient in production techniques of relevance to the dairy industry and be able to conduct field trials in a factory environment.
Deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining the use of Novonesis products in dairy applications.
Organize and provide training programs and troubleshooting for customers.
Frequent traveling in Middle East up to 50% of the time, as required for this position.
Align and agreed on workload split between LAC and customers work with Senior Application Specialist.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
To succeed you must hold:
Education: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Food Science or Dairy Science
Minimum 2 years of dairy technical experience.
Fluency in English is essential
Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation, analytical, structured, high energetic with positive attitude, team player and the ability to learn quickly
