About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for Administrator to join Sales & Marketing team in Jumeirah Beach Hotel team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Smooth running of the Sales & Marketing Department operation and ensuring that the Jumeirah Standards are met at all times. Interacts and communicates with Sales and Marketing Team and all relevant departments.
Responsible for the Sales administration, control and communication.
Handles SBU collaterals and gift items ensuring that adequate supplies are always available for the Sales and Marketing team whenever necessary.
Handles Purchase Requisitions of the Sales and Marketing Departments, ensuring that tracking of items purchased is monitored and followed up on a regular basis.
Process and handles business trips (flight booking, accommodation, collaterals and other necessary requirements for the trip).
Manages store requisitions.
Assist the Sales team in preparing contracts and communication for both internal colleagues and external clients.
Manages data filing system for the department.
Handles department monthly accruals and P&L.
Handles confidential or classified material and ensures the code of confidentiality is kept at all times while maintaining professional office etiquette and discretion.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
At least 2 years in a Sales role.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong English communication skills - written and verbal.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
