Overview
Provide analytical and quality assurance support and assistance for the E&S Marketing department. Proactively assist department managers with various analysis to track expenses and ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. Support and identify opportunities to improve current workflows or identify mitigation controls to reduce errors and improve efficiencies. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements as well as meet our service and quality level standards. Responsibilities
Responsible for creating new agency setups, mergers and acquisitions of current agents and terminations which includes: obtaining and retaining appropriate onboarding documentation (executed contracts, W9's, E&O, and Purchase Agreements), the entry of data into various agency management systems (ImageRight, Dragon, CRM, ), Identify, create and perform quality assurance reviews to analyze the agency appointment process for accuracy. Based upon results, provide management with solutions to reduce errors or inefficiencies in current processes. Create a robust monthly summary to provide to management highlighting findings or areas of improvement. Review current licensing costs on a regular basis to identify trends and/or identify opportunities to reduce costs through process changes, identification of inactive/non production agents etc. Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of all state regulations relative to agency and producer appointments and ensure that any changes in state regulations are incorporated accurately into the agency setup. Work with our Tax and Financial Accounting departments as needed to provide documentation and support for any corporate filings. Work on special projects as needed. Regularly evaluate agency appointments and work with management to develop processes and/or strategies to improve the onboarding process and get agents writing E&S business with us. Provide input and assist in planning/ implementation of short and long-term goals for E&S marketing team. Qualifications
Knowledge and Requirements Proven analytical and data mining skills are required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Database management preferred. Experience in audit/quality assurance reviews or similar types of evaluations strongly encourages.
Education and Experience College degree preferred 2+ years analyzing business data and providing recommendations and strategies preferred. No Total Rewards

The actual base salary is based on geographic location, and the range is representative of salaries for this role throughout Selective's footprint. Additional considerations include relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs. Pay Range
