Ascensus HR Operations Associate (Temporary) in Dresher, Pennsylvania

Section 1: Position Summary

This position will be scanning Human Resource files in the office. They will also be labeling the files that are scanned.

This is a temporary position Monday-Friday until project is complete

Hourly rate is $18.00

Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sort, scan and label all Human Resource files from Iron Mountain and file room.

  • Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.

Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements

  • Experience working in a professional work environment preferred

  • Detail oriented, PC/keyboard proficient, flexible, self-motivated, ability to multitask and work well under pressure
