We are looking for a clinician who has strong case conceptualization skills; a track record of skilled delivery of individual, family, and group therapy; familiar with the working dynamic between program, client, family, and referring professional; competence in evidence-based treatment for adolescents; and display strong therapeutic, communication, and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 6
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy
Perform comprehensive clinical assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Timely documentation
Collaboration with referring professionals and treatment team
Case conceptualization and management
Qualifications
Masters or Doctorate in MFT, Social Work, Psychology or equivalent
Licensed in the State of Utah, or working on licensure
Experience working with adolescents
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
