Principal Duties As the Office Specialist for Surplus Property,you will:
- Process surplus property intake and documents.
- Research specifications and value of property to be sold/auctioned.
- Assign sale prices to property.
- Create and maintain files and records.
- Answer telephone and assist callers.
- Process daily incoming and outgoing mail.
- Order office supplies.
- Take photos of items to be auctioned.
- Post and monitor online auctions.
- Assist the public and others with information on merchandise.
- Prepare final sale of items.
- Retrieve sale items to be purchased or photographed.

Minimum Qualifications The best qualified candidate for this position will have at least 1 year of experience:
- Providing customer service in an office environment.
- Posting items for sale on an online marketplace site,such as EBay,OfferUp,Facebook or other e-commerce sites.
- Utilizing office equipment.
Preparing and processing documents.
