PLURALSIGHT, LLC Senior Manager of Product Design in DRAPER, Utah

Job Description: The Senior Manager of Product Design is responsible for crafting environments and experiences that enable others to be successful. They lead and develop a team of Product Design roles that work closely in a cross-functional team, including product managers, product designers, engineers, content creators and operations personnel to build solutions that help technology and learning leaders up-skill their organizations.

What you'll do: * Act as a key leader-partner with Product and Technology partners to define the vision and strategy for these experiences * Provide strategic and operational direction to the designers on your team through storytelling, removing obstacles, and promoting impactful ideas and efforts * Strengthen and evolve the culture within the team and as a leader within the broader Design Community * Ensure that Human Centered Design methods are used consistently to surface opportunities and deliver solutions that strengthen the value we provide our customers and improve their experiences.

Experience you'll bring: * Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.

Requirements: * Experience as a design practitioner and leader * Experience with Lean UX principles and agile product design/development processes * Experience in facilitation and leading collaborative initiatives, such as workshops, team activities and events

Travel Requirements:

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. Learn new tasks, remember processes, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a wor kflow.
