Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic college intern to join our HR Team in the roll of Employee Engagement and Development intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting initiatives that enhance employee growth, engagement, and organizational success. Working directly with the Employee Engagement and Development Specialist, you will contribute to meaningful projects that impact the workplace culture and operational efficiency.

Internship Work Schedule:

Summer 2025 (May -- August)

Monday -- Friday- 7:30AM to 5:00PM (working hours could vary)

**Possible part-time work during fall/winter semester (while attending school)

Position_Description :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned as needed.)

• Research and Development of Training Materials

• Development and Refinement of Job Descriptions

• Data Collection, Analysis and Delivery

• Employee Engagement Events

Position Requirements :

Education and/or Experience

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience with employee engagement, learning and development, HR functions, event planning, data analysis, or creating training materials is preferred but not required.
