PLURALSIGHT, LLC Enablement Program Manager in DRAPER, Utah
Job Description: Join our team to build and drive excellence across the revenue organization to meet our 2025 vision and goals. This opportunity is to impact our global revenue organization by developing and executing enablement programs for Pluralsight. Who you're committed to being: * You are a self-starter ready to innovate and problem solve * You can clearly articulate complex ideas and information in a concise and creative way * You are a strategic thinker and develop a good understanding of the business needs * You collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive enablement efforts * You are technically proficient in working with digital tools What you'll do: * Active role in supporting projects tied to Revenue objectives for 2025 * Design and execute end-to-end revenue enablement initiatives and programs * Alignment and engagement with stakeholders to capture the current needs for development * Engage in the Global Revenue Onboarding program to positively impact ramp time for newly hired revenue individuals Experience you'll bring: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Enablement * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in digital tools - Google Slides, PowerPoint, Slack, Gmail, Highspot or other enablement platforms * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global virtual team environment * Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently * A creative and detail-oriented approach to content and resource development Requirements: * Requires a minimum of 6 years of related or equivalent experience; or 4+ years with an advanced degree. Travel Requirements: While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.
