Take a look at the details below for the position. Job Responsibilities Use your communication skills to report changes and updates on resident conditions. Assisting residents with daily personal routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and using the bathroom. Providing companionship to residents and establishing a trusting relationship with them. Reporting any concerns or medical issues. Ensuring that the residents' living quarters are safe and well-organized. Keeping records of resident activity, behavior, and moods. Leading group activities and outings. Performing any reasonable requests that residents ask for. Collaborating with leadership and coworkers to ensure residents receive the best quality of life possible. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, required CNA license is a plus Current PDW Med Tech Certification preferred. Will consider training Care Associates. Minimum of three months experience within the geriatric health care field Ability to always act professionally and as a strong role model for residents Personable, friendly, and outgoing personality Effective communication and listening skills to interact with students Ability to maintain a calming presence in case of emergency events to direct and assist residents safely Good organization and planning skills Great time management CPR Certification Simpson Benefits (FT employees, Part-Time are eligible for some benefits) Compensation Based on Experience w/ Shift Differential Health Plan (BCBS) Plans include access to MDLive virtual care.
