Description:

• Laboratory testing

• Picking up samples

• Plating and using Petri dishes

• Routine testing of incoming fluids using FT-120

• Antibiotic testing of raw milk to ensure compliance

• Microbiological testing

• pre-operation inspections

• documentation and record keeping

• maintain proper inventory on all lab supplies and items

• plant facility quality monitoring

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable on GLP, microbiology (microbiological testing preferred)

• Good Laboratory Practices including Aseptic Sampling Techniques Trained (preferred)

Experience Level:

• Entry Level
