Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Support in the industry located in Dover, New Hampshire, United States. As a Sales Support, you will be the backbone of our sales process, handling incoming leads and various products, managing projects, and entering orders online. Your responsibilities will involve both administrative tasks and customer engagement, turning opportunities into projects.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads from various sources including referral, web search, existing customers, and distributors.

• Manage the administrative piece of the sales process, including entering online orders.

• Play a key role in project management, especially for larger jobs which require significant coordination.

• Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders including homeowners, general managers, contractors, and manufacturers.

• Enter data into CRM systems and other online tools such as QuickBooks and Insightly.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure targets are met.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.

• Manage customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.

• Collaborate with the team to install the finished product.

• Use various software for administrative tasks, including Calendly, Adobe, and the MS Suite.

Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Experience in handling and responding to inbound calls from customers

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively

• High level of organization skills to manage customer data and interactions

• Proven track record in a customer service or sales support role

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when necessary

• Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and systems related to customer service and sales support.
