Enko Education Secondary- English Language and Literature Teacher in Douala, Cameroon

Enko Education (http://enkoeducation.com/) is looking for full-time, experienced and qualified teachers who excel in their profession and are passionate about their subjects. Teachers work under the direct supervision of the Head of Section (HoSec) of Enko Bonanjo. 

Required profile

The ideal candidate

  • Has extensive experience (3 years minimum) in teaching his/her subject(s) and is passionate about his/her profession 

  • Has relevant teaching qualification

  • Has a perfect command of the English language

  • Has experience teaching international curricula (Cambridge IGCSE, International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme or other) 

  • Willing to participate in training programs to improve skills as a teacher 

  • Demonstrates open-mindedness and wishes to adapt to a new educational context

  • Shares our enthusiasm for the development of high-quality international education for African students

  • Understands that our mission requires us to work with limited resources and modest salaries

  • Has an authorization to work in Cameroon
