Trawick Construction is seeking a Assistant Project Manager to overseeing daily operations.

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager leads projects with the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome
This role requires collaboration from multiple internal departments as well as direct interface with the customer and subcontractors
Maintain all tracking logs up to date for accuracy and progress
Assist in the preparation of bid packages and procurement
Track/review approved change order execution and cost of time and material
Development, maintenance of site logistics plans
Travel up to 50% of the time
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred
Must have an Associate’s degree or higher education
The position requires effective planning, organizing, and motivational skills
Computer Applications Experience: Google Earth, Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must hold a valid driver’s license
Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
