What are your contributions to the team?

• Analyzing and, when necessary, revising Modsums from Methods and Engineering.

• Approving Modsums/Top Modsums.

• Validating and tracking reallocation from Methods.

• Coordinating and executing configuration freeze activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Supporting aircraft configuration freeze activities.

• Supporting configuration management activities at all production phases.

• Assisting with aircraft certification and on-time delivery milestones per the master schedule.

• Facilitating knowledge transfer in configuration management and documentation activities.

• Actively contributing to continuous improvement activities.

• Actively participating in and supporting continuous improvement projects focused on our tools and processes.

• Representing the configuration management team in various cross-functional meetings and working sessions.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have at least a college diploma or military training in aircraft maintenance, methods, or another aerospace discipline.

• You have 3 to 12 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, operations, aerospace engineering, or equivalent.

• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and French, both oral and written.

• You have knowledge of aircraft systems, technologies, and maintenance practices.

• You possess strong analytical skills.

• You have the ability to read and interpret illustrated aircraft parts catalogs, as well as various engineering documents such as reports, drawings, specifications, etc.

• You excel in organization and have the ability to plan and prioritize work while managing multiple tasks.

• You have excellent skills in tracking and responding to internal customer requests with detailed, high-quality, and accurate responses.

• You can cooperate and collaborate in a team environment.

• You are capable of building and maintaining strong relationships and networks.

• You have a strong customer orientation.

• You work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.

• You have knowledge of MS Office systems and SAP.
