What are your contributions to the team?

• Lead an experienced team of project managers and analysts driving strategy & performance for the Customer Facing activities, i.e., Delivery, Sales Support & Flight Operations.

• Have an in-depth knowledge of the value chain across the organization to maintain and improve Customer Facing & Flight Operations performance & efficiency.

• Collaborate with Sales Support, Delivery & Flight Operations teams, and stakeholders to creatively solve problems and brainstorm out of the box solutions while keeping the customer needs in the forefront.

• Oversee performance for Customer Facing team including KPI management, special projects execution & business management of customer activities from Sales up to Entry into Service.

• Develop strategic business initiatives to improve the overall customer experience by promoting Bombardier products and services.

• Optimize the use of available resources to ensure project execution and quality of the deliverables.

• Manage a complex financial budget structure and headcount; report accurate and timely period cost captions performance.

• Oversee weekly performance & strategy reviews, including internal executive reviews.

• Interface with Contracts to identify any key risks that could impede customer deliveries.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have 10-15 years of experience in Aviation management leading a group of high performing employees.

• You hold a university degree in Engineering, Business, or other related field or equivalent work experience.

• You are a team player and can easily network to get support across the organization from various functions.

• You have good organization skills, including but not limited to prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and developing new business meeting deadlines.

• You have good decision-making skills; you can assess all the facts, understand the company's current state and goal state, and choose the best course of action.

• You have strong project management abilities, as well as solid financial base & in-depth knowledge business finance and reporting.

• You are strong in managing change across different functions and while having the ability to foster trust.

• You have exceptional communication skills; can communicate at all levels of the organization from shop floor to board room level. You are equally able to communicate to all levels within the customer representative organization.

• You have a strong customer-oriented mindset and use it to influence the business.

• You have prior experience working with Customers and other departments inside a large corporation.

• You are fluent in both French & English (written and spoken).
