Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Specialized Software Developer: III (Senior) based in Dorchester, Massachusetts. This role primarily involves designing, coding, configuring, testing, debugging, and documenting system and application programs, as well as reviewing functional requirements, analysis, and design documents. The chosen candidate will also collaborate with other development staff to ensure quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, coding, configuring, testing, debugging, and documenting system and application programs

• Assisting in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents

• Reviewing functional requirements and analysis and design documents, providing feedback as necessary

• Collaborating with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency in all outputs

• Participating in architecture design and code reviews

• Developing and maintaining operational and system level documentation

• Demonstrating subject matter expertise of the specified software application

• Performing API development tasks

• Configuring and developing the SailPoint system

• Familiarizing oneself with identity and access management control

• Utilizing skills in Active Directory and Java

• Performing tasks related to configuration management

• Providing expertise in SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle

• Debugging applications and performing code reviews

• Developing design documents and demonstrating matter expertise at a system level

• Preparing technical design specifications

• Scanning and photocopying documents as required. Requirements • Exceptional proficiency in Java and R Code is required

• Extensive experience with Active Directory

• Strong skills in API Development

• Must be highly knowledgeable in Configuration Management

• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management is necessary

• Previous experience with SailPoint is a plus

• Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is expected

• Ability to Debug Applications effectively

• Proven experience in Code Review

• Demonstratable expertise in creating and reviewing Design Documents

• Ability to create detailed Technical Design Specifications

• Must have a deep understanding of System Level operations

• Expertise in Documentation and Quality processes is necessary

• Must possess Matter Expertise in the relevant field
