Insight Global is looking for a Plumber for one of our clients in the greater Boston area. Responsibilities Include:

 Diagnose, install, maintain, and repair new and existing plumbing systems. Identify potential issues and determine the most effective solutions.

 Study building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of installations.

 Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.

 Provide pricing to the customer for approval prior to performing work.

 Ensure all work is completed to code and in accordance with industry standards.

 Educate customers on proper maintenance and care of plumbing systems to prevent future problems.

 Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities, including materials used and time spent on each job.

Skills and Requirements

- Must hold a Journeyman Plumber License in the state of Massachusetts.

- Valid Drivers License

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to read/interpret technical manuals, blueprints and diagrams.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency repairs and service. - Ability to utilize a tablet/smart phone to track orders, jobs and work performed. null
