Staffing Manager – Accounting and Finance Job Description

The Staffing Manager is responsible for leading recruitment efforts and driving business development within the accounting and finance sectors. Key duties include sourcing and screening candidates, building relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and matching top talent with client needs. This role requires expertise in recruiting, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop and maintain client and candidate relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to identify, attract, and place top accounting and finance talent with clients.

• Proactively build and manage a pipeline of candidates and clients to support business growth.

• Conduct client consultations to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

• Engage in business development activities, including prospecting, networking, and fostering long-term client relationships.

• Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in staffing and recruitment.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or business development, preferably within the accounting and finance sectors.

• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; proficiency in CRM or ATS tools; and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
