The Payroll Timekeeper Coordinator is responsible for gathering and compiling timesheet data and employee hours for submission across all functions. ThePayroll Timekeeper Coordinatorwill review payroll data submitted by employees or departmentswithinthe organization.ThePayrollTimekeeper Coordinatorensuresthatallemployeesare accountedfor andthattimesheets accurately reflecthoursworked.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work schedules, gather and compile timesheet data and employee hours for submission acrossdepartments
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee timecards; compare timesheets with Daily Field Reports,shiftsheets, andwork schedules
  • Prepare and organize payroll for processing by reviewing and updating hours beforepayroll submission
  • Track overtime hours for Non-Exempt employees; the Payroll Timekeeper may need tocommunicatewithsite leadership toverifyovertimehoursormissedhours, bothpaidandunpaidhours
  • Coordinate with the site leadership and HR on employee pay discrepancies
  • Performgeneralclericaldutiesincludingbutnotlimitedtofiling,photocopying,faxing, scanning,andmailing
  • Ensurethatallemployeesareaccountedforandthattimesheets accurately reflecthoursworked
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee timecards; compare timesheets with Daily Field Reports,shiftsheets, andschedules
  • Assist Employees with clocking in and out via a time clock and/or timesheets
  • Works with the Business Operations Team and site leadership to coordinate training schedules
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including but not limited to:
    • Provide professional, efficient, and accurate administrative support to team members
    • Schedule appointments, meetings and take messages
    • Write and review memos and letters
    • Assist in the assembly of reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    • Assist other administrative staff with overflow work
  • Organize and maintain project databases
  • Attend virtual meetings as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient MSOfficeproducts(Word,Excel,Outlook) and scheduling software is a must
  • Ability to use SharePoint
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Nowpayrollis a plus
  • Apassion/interestandunderstandingoftechnology
  • Experienceorcomfortina fast-paced,mission-oriented environment
  • Incredibleorganizationalskills;superbattentiontodetail
  • Theabilitytomulti-taskandmanage competing prioritiesundertimeconstraints

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma is required; a 2-year degree, preferred
  • Minimumoftwo(2)yearspayrolland timekeeping experience, required
  • BilingualinSpanishandEnglish,preferred
  • A valid Class C driver's license, required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
  • Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment

Pay: Up to $ 22.53 hourly
