Contingent Upon Award of Contract

Purpose and Scope:

The Program Manager has overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the operation. Accountable for production, supply, production control/planning and quality management aspects of operation.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provides direction and leadership to all site assigned personnel.

• Prepares and submits site labor/non-labor budgets, forecast estimated costs and control subcontractors.

• Controls service contracts in support of site operations

• Manages all department managers/staff assigned to site operations.

• Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems.

• Provides guidance and assistance relative to operating problems and projects.

• Oversees scheduling of work assignment and workloads in accordance with operational tasking and maintenance requirements.

• Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. Advanced degrees such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related field can be advantageous

• Certifications: Relevant certifications for this position is a Project Management Professional (PMP) .

• Clearance: Must possess a Secret Security Clearance.

• Significant experience in life support services and/or logistics management with a minimum of 15 years at the PM or Deputy PM level. Also have minimum of 5 years of experience within the last 10 years providing such services to large facilities or operations greater than $10 Million in annual operations. Experience, particularly in the range of $100 Million or more is highly desirable.

• Financial Management: Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis, with the ability to manage a large budget effectively and ensure cost-efficient delivery of services. Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and risk management is valuable.

• Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Required
