Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations to maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

• Design and implement creative and enticing menus.

• Foster a motivating and collaborative environment for culinary staff.

• Ensure operational efficiency and effective cost management within the kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as an Executive Chef or a similar leadership role in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification from a respected institution.

• Outstanding culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and innovation.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, capable of managing and motivating a diverse team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of both international and local cuisines, and awareness of current culinary trends.
