Manulife Manager, Agency Strategic Growth Program in Dist.7, Vietnam
On the job you will:
Identify and bringing potential Agency Leaders to Manulife.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of the Agency.
Identify and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving growth targets.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and potential risks.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
7-10 years+ in same/similar area in insurance industry
Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving targets within the insurance or financial industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful strategic plans.
