What you'll do:

• Be the go-to person for onboarded markets, liaising between teams and guiding them with best practices.

• Monitor progress, proactively identify and address issues, ensuring smooth implementation.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

• Travel to Markets during deployment, facilitating coordination between local and global teams.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong project management experience and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in IT project management, implementation, or change management.

• Understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, Agile) is a plus.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel frequently.
