Sr. IT Analyst - (Oracle EBS Supply Chain Modules)
The IT Sr. Functional Analyst for Beverage is responsible for liaising with Beverage Program management and Beverage Operations teams to manage the pipeline of IT Systems needs and maintain the alignment between the business and IT. This role is responsible for collaborating with IT teams to manage the Beverage business’s IT systems’ needs. This role is responsible for providing necessary guidance to the Beverage Program management team and Beverage Operations team on potential systems and technology-based solutions.
Essential Functions
Ability to work with the business to understand and document requirements, determine solution approach, facilitate solution delivery to support business needs
Analyze processes to identify opportunities both from process and systems side for efficiency gains, and cost reduction using various enterprise tools
Ability to translate complex business needs into a design document and articulate the desired functionality and the test cases to the technical teams
Basic knowledge of SQL and any other technical tools and concepts is desired
Ability to document requirements, process flows, new functionality, and creation of SOP/training materials.
Review system design approaches to ensure they fully meet the business requirements
Trouble shooting systemic and operational system issues to define root cause and determine temporary/permanent solutions
Interact with multiple departments including but not limited to Sales, Program Management, Customer Service, Logistics/Transportation, Procurement, Planning, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Receiving and IT
Produce key documents, both in written and presentation format
Proficient computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, Outlook, Visio, Excel)
Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify system-based solutions for existing process gaps and facilitate a long-term sustainable solution
Organize, schedule, and run meetings to identify process improvement opportunities and system needs
Overall high degree of professionalism
Project Management throughout a project lifecycle: including administration, planning, configuration, testing, training, implementation, support, and change management
Write use cases, business rules, and other artifacts such as swim lane diagrams and activity flow diagrams to effectively articulate and represent business processes, desired outcomes, and requirements
Ability to deliver effective and professional presentation to peers, management and other professionals
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Ability to plan, track, escalate and deliver upon tasks and timelines assigned.
Ability to take direction, learn processes/systems quickly and deliver results based on timeline.
Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment collaboratively with a cross-functional team and manage minor project implementations
Available for 24/7 support if it becomes necessary to support Production systems issues and outages and Project Cutover and Go-Live activities

Additional Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Enterprise Applications like Oracle with good knowledge of systems integrations | Expertise in any enterprise application is desired
Knowledge of Master Data, Supply and Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Order Management and Warehouse Management processes | Expertise in a few functions is desired
Knowledge of data flow within an integrated ERP application suite and across different information systems | Expertise in IT Systems and tools is desired
Experience in roles such as Business Systems Analyst, Engineering, Process Optimization, Program management, IT Information Systems Analyst is desired
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
6 Years – Combined experience across FOOD/BEVERAGE OR CPG OR Process Manufacturing Enterprise Applications
6 Years – Combined experience in functional roles partnering with Manufacturing business and/or IT
6 Years – Combined experience delivering solutions and managing projects of varied sizes
*Experience may include a combination of work experience and education
Preferred Qualifications:
10 Years – Combined experience across FOOD/BEVERAGE OR CPG OR Process Manufacturing Enterprise Applications
10 Years – Combined experience in functional roles partnering with Manufacturing business and/or IT
10 Years – Combined experience delivering solutions and managing projects of varied sizes
*Experience may include a combination of work experience and education

Education
Minimum Required:
Bachelor’s Degree, in Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred:
Master’s Degree, in Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial, Manufacturing or a related field or equivalent work experience

$107,143.99 - $150,001.60 / Yearly
