Location: Devens, MA

Pay: $21hr

Type: Contract-to-hire

Responsibilities:

  • Build, clean, and package Single-Use assemblies according to EPRs, drawings, and SOPs.

  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report near misses and first aid events.

  • Follow cleanroom protocols to maintain ISO Class 7 environment and adhere to cGMPs.

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and follow change control procedures.

  • Escalate potential process or product deviations to minimize scrap, rework, and customer returns.

  • Maintain daily organization (6S) and cleanliness of work and common areas.

  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by returning unused parts with proper lot traceability.

  • Work within ISO 9001:2015 quality standards to achieve company quality goals.

  • Meet internal manufacturing schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Complete and sign-off EPRs for each assembly operation completed.

  • Complete assemblies within allocated time as per work order specifications.

  • Promote a "build it right the first time" mentality to ensure quality assurance.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • 1-2 years of production experience in a cleanroom environment

  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.

  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
