In SAP human capital at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Minimum degree: Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts including:

  • Directing efforts in the implementation of SAP On-Premise or Employee Central Payroll;

  • Providing SAP SuccessFactors product and implementation specialization to clients to achieve defined business outcomes;

  • Exhibiting thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, and a proven record of success directing efforts of full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live;

  • Exhibiting thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, and a proven record of success directing consulting efforts;

  • Possessing functional and technical knowledge of Employee Central, Compensation, Learning Management, SAP HCM, Employee Central Payroll and integrations between Time, Payroll and Finance solutions;

  • Developing and sustaining extensive client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities;

  • Exhibiting thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts such as business analysis, requirements gathering, problem analysis, and resolution skills;

  • Advising clients on configuration, documentation, and business solutions;

  • Leading client discussions and meetings;

  • Communicating a broad range of Firm services;

  • Managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues;

  • Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;

  • Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and,

  • Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
