Actalent Research Grant/Contract Manager in Detroit, Michigan

Description

  • This person will be doing a mix of pre-award and post award responsibilities, will be covering both budget/contract and billing/invoicing tasks.

  • This will include financial management, grant oversight and administrative coordination.

  • They will be responsible for reconciling billing in Epic, Allocating charges correctly to sponsor or insurance, and reviewing clinic trial related charges.

  • For Pre-award they will coordinate with research core and third party vendor (WCG) to work on budget and contract for new trials; reviewing the initial budget and contract, and submitting protocol amendments.

  • They will also set up billing calendar in Encore.

Administrative functions include meeting with physicians to review grant balances and expenses; as well as processing checks and patient reimbursements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
