*About SER metro reentry programs: * For nearly a decade, SER has been implementing programs that support individuals with their transition from incarceration into the workforce. Current programs include two federally funded programs that are partnered with a state prison and a county jail, respectively. The other two programs aid individuals who are already released into the community. The Counselor's time would be divided 80% with a prison reentry program and 20% on the community-based program.
