The PSE will rely on direction to perform a number of work-related tasks and is capable of working under direct supervision or independently based upon training and experience.nnESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSnnTECHNICALn n n * Render on site and phone assistance to customers. n * Perform work related tasks according to company guidelines for scheduled maintenance n * Implement Field Change Notices according to published guidelines n * Keep current on Safety Bulletins, Safety Field Change Notices, Field Change Notices, and Service Tips nnSAFETY n n n * Operate in a safe manner in accordance with published safety guidelines n * Must wear appropriate PPE as per company guidelines and accordance with job duties n * Adhere to work hours policy guidelines n * Report all work related accidents or injuries within 24 hours to the appropriate personnel nnADMINISTRATIONn n n * Provide accurate and timely reporting according to company guidelines n * Time cards, expense reports, mileage reports, ticket closure, forms et al. n * Maintain individual inventory in accordance with company policy n * Maintain company property according to company policies nnCUSTOMER SATISFACTIONn n n * Complete scheduled maintenance documentation properly and provide to the customer and local office upon completion of each designated assignment n * Strive to provide all customers a "first time fix" for their equipment n * Maintain customer satisfaction rates according to company guidelines n * Attend Customer Meetings as required nnPERFORMANCEn n n * Maximize productivity by combining service opportunities n * Complete all work in an efficient and timely manner n * Capable of making technical decisions under pressure n * Maintain productive utilization rate according to company guidelines n * Perform inventory cycle counts according to company guidelines n * Adhere to company dress code and safety regulations n * Meet or exceed on-site response time requirements for each customer n * Understand and comply with company startup/escalation processes and procedures nnKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESn n n * Equivalent industry experience and/or Technical or Undergraduate Degree n * Strong Interpersonal Skills n * Professional n * Reliable n * Team Player n * Familiarity with electrical / electronic test equipment and fundamentals n * Must be able to read and interpr
