As a Human Resources Support Specialist Intern, you'll provide human resource support to internal and external clients. Your mission is to receive, prioritize, document and troubleshoot to resolve and/or escalate end-user questions related to candidates, new hires, payroll, benefits, HRIS and Workday. You'll also leverage Outlook, Slack and phone calls to ensure timely resolution with a high level of client service.

About the Role

  • Assist team members with a variety of questions and problem-solving related to the team member experience

  • Access all available resources and ask diagnostic questions to troubleshoot systems access issues

  • Assist new team members with benefits enrollment

  • Prioritize, schedule and escalate requests when required to the appropriately experienced Pulse resource

  • Process team member verification of employment requests.

  • Provide amazing client service in line with our ISMs when fielding incoming help requests from end users

  • Resolve HR-related questions and identify common issues and themes

  • Perform post-resolution follow-up to ensure issues have been adequately resolved

About You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

  • Comfortable communicating on the phone, through chat, and email to help people

  • Curious and resourceful with the ability to think creatively to solve problems

  • Innovative with a growth mindset

  • Passionate about human resources in general

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recently graduated from a 2- or 4-year degree program or in a master's program.

  • Experience with Service Management platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
