Description
The Senior Finance Data Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing the resources necessary to develop and support the Finance data and information system objectives for Finance, including on-going production and data support. The role encompasses developing and driving overall data flow strategy, partnering with IT architects and other relevant stakeholders . Maintains a high level of expertise related to Finance and related systems and currency in technical enhancements, methodologies and trends, particularly as they apply to Huntington. Manage multiple internal and external vendor relationships related to Finance data and system processing. Responsibility for short & long-term strategic planning. Hire, coach and mentor team members and other managers as the data operations teams evolve.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors in finance or information technology
10+ years' experience in supervisory roleExperience in finance and data/systems support with OFSAA
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or Information Technology Relevant support experience in Financial institution, familiar with banking products and processes Experience with particular technologies: AXIOM or other Regulatory platform, BI tools, Database analytic tools SOX compliance in a publicly traded company, the Record to Report (R2R) cycle, and the management reporting cycle.

Compensation Range:
$125,000 - $255,000
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
