Robert Half ERP/CRM Developer in Detroit, Michigan

Description We are looking for an ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ERP and CRM systems that will improve our business processes and operations. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ERP and CRM systems using platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft

• Collaborate with other team members to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet these needs

• Perform AB Testing to ensure system functionality and efficiency

• Create and manage dashboards to monitor system performance and business metrics

• Maintain and update the ERP database to ensure accurate information is available for business operations

• Work on EO/IR systems for effective data management

• Perform configuration management to ensure system stability and reliability

• Develop and maintain business requirement documents to provide guidance for system development and implementation

• Use Microsoft tools for system design and implementation

• Continually update knowledge and skills in the field of ERP/CRM development to ensure the use of best practices and latest technologies. Requirements • Demonstrable experience as an ERP/CRM Developer for at least 3 years.

• Proficiency in CRM and Database management.

• Experience working with EO/IR systems.

• Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Familiarity with Microsoft applications and software.

• Knowledge of AB Testing is a must.

• Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.

• Experience in Configuration Management.

• Proficiency in creating Dashboards to track business metrics.

• Experience in Design, specifically in relation to ERP/CRM systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
