Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Detroit. This role involves handling inbound calls in a call center environment and assisting customers face-to-face who visit the office for information or to apply for homes. The CSR will manage 50-100 inbound calls daily, answering inquiries about properties and assisting with website navigation. Additionally, they will provide information about our community partnership programs to callers, including faith based organizations and non-profits, and may occasionally need to transfer calls to other departments.
