Position Summary

The Owner Onboarding Representative Manager will provide leadership to the day-to day operations of the Owner Onboarding department, while achieving defined targets, assisting in personnel selection and development, and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Shine:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

  • Provide training for the team in product knowledge, document content, and compliance as needed

  • Constructive involvement in daily meetings.

  • Deliver the required targets for the site by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals

  • Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility, and delivering on the promise

  • Training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance goals of direct reports

  • Other duties may be assigned

What You’ll Bring:

• bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience

• wvo product knowledge, workday courses, sales training relative to owner onboarding

• ability to prioritize and organize tasks

• ability to influence

• excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

• ability to manage concurrent assignments in an effective and efficient manner

• strong conflict management skills

• expert contract standards expertise preferred

• 1+ years wyndham sales experience preferred

• 1 year previous customer service experience
