We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation management systems and logistics, ensuring efficient coordination of shipments.

Current shift available Sun - Wed 6pm - 6am

Responsibilities: - Utilize transportation management systems to schedule and dispatch orders - Coordinate with drivers, ensuring timely delivery of goods - Communicate effectively with drivers and clients, maintaining a high level of phone etiquette - Manage shipping and receiving documentation

Experience: - Proven experience in dispatching and logistics - Proficiency in phone systems for effective communication - understanding of shipping and receiving processes - Knowledge of logistics operations and freight management - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
