Job Title: Parts Associate

Job Description

• Ability to use computer for record keeping and finding parts and information

• Source parts to fill mechanics’ parts the person parts on tickets in a timely manner

• Mark returns to be processed

• Receive and put away parts from vendors

• Communicate with day shift regarding parts that need sourced

• Communicate with parts manager regarding inventory stocking levels

• Communicate with service advisors regarding parts availability and pricing

• Tidy parts work area at shift end

• Complete inventory stock checks

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally

• Ability to multitask with interruptions

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Des Moines, Iowa.

Work Environment

Shift: 3pm-1am

Clean shop

Will work with service/technicians to ensure needed parts are on hand and specialty parts are needed - team environment
